Phoenician Resort

The receptionist Di was so lovely and helpful--nothing was too much trouble for her. Great central position and spotlessly clean

Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping centre. Apartment was a little outdated but clean. Gym was good as was the sauna. Would definitely book again.

Stayed at Phoenician in apartment 2102from 8/09-18/09 in one bedroom . Asked for walk in shower and lower floor 1-2 which we got. Old and tired although told it had been refurbished. Noisy and woken at 5-6am by rubbish trucks. Lounge furniture so uncomfortable and no outdoor table. Old and rickety wooden trolley. Just an awful experience Flaky paint throughout and old and tired bathroom. The place was half empty. Worst property we have stayed in and believe have been all over the world. Never again

From the moment I arrived the service at the Phoenician Resort was outstanding. The team were warm, professional and made me feel genuinely welcome from check in all the way through to my departure. My stay was comfortable and relaxing with the resort facilities really adding to the experience. The spa, pool and sauna were all beautifully maintained and created the perfect environment to unwind. The on site gym is a great bonus for keeping active during stays, however I never utilised this myself. The suite itself was well appointed and while there was a minor issue with the toilet paper supply (3/4 roll and just one spare) and no complimentary milk, these were just small things and didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. More just something to be aware of for future guests. One note worth mentioning: My dining experience at La Porchetta with other guests staying at same resort was disappointing and didn’t reflect the high standards of the resort itself. While this technically isn’t a direct reflection on the resort, it could influence the perception of the overall stay. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Phoenician and would happily return. A great choice for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and top tier amenities.

Great location Great location in central Broadbeach. Spacious units,Friendly staff, good facilities - heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, free parking. Property is getting a little tired but comfortable and clean. Their cleaning expectations did seem unreasonable for the price- ie no daily cleans, you must put own garbage out but only one small garbage bag left for your stay, had to pay extra for beach towels, must clean all unit and kitchen before leaving or extra charge but youncan't even run dishwasher and leave clean dishes there etc etc So felt like a hotel price but with a self cleaning expectation. Overall I would recommend as a great location with good facilities.
